Account doesn't exists

Go to https://localhost:3000/signup or simply click "Don't have an account yet? Sign up." on the login page. Enter your credentials (email, password), and after clicking signup, you should be redirected to the home page of your folder. If not, check if you have entered the whitelisted email in the admin account, and if the account doesn't exist.

Account exists

Go to https://localhost:3000/login or simply click "Have an account? Login." on the signup page. Enter your credentials (email, password), and after clicking login, you should be redirected to the home page of your folder.
